Opening note

Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 6(1) of the Universities and University Colleges Act 1971 [Act 30], the Yang di-Pertuan Agong makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

This order may be cited as the Universiti Teknikal Malaysia Melaka

(Incorporation) (Amendment) Order 2018.

(2)

This Order is deemed to have come into operation on 1 February 2007.

Subparagraph 2(1)

of the

Universiti

Teknikal

Malaysia

Melaka

(Incorporation) Order 2007 [P.U. (A) 43/2007] is amended in the English language text by substituting for the words “Arts, Profesional Arts, Applied Science, Technology” the words “science and technology”.
