  1. IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Federal Roads Act 1959 [Act 376], the Minister, after consultation with the State Government of Melaka, makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

This order may be cited as the Federal Roads (Felda Scheme)

(Amendment) (No. 2) Order 2018.

This Order comes into operation on 16 August 2018.

Amendment of Schedule 2.

The Federal Roads (Felda Scheme) Order 1991 [P.U. (A) 449/1991] is amended in the Schedule under the heading “State of Malacca”, in relation to item “Kemendore”—

(a)

in column “Approach Roads (km)” by substituting for the word “—”

the word “2.479”; and

(b)

in column “Village Roads (km)” by substituting for the word “1.78”

the word “6.559”.
