Jadual Kedua kepada Peraturan-Peraturan Pembangunan Kemahiran Kebangsaan

(Fi dan Caj) 2016 [P.U. (A) 86/2016] diketepikan berkenaan dengan seseorang yang berdaftar sebagai murid berkeperluan khas dengan Bahagian Pendidikan Teknik dan

Vokasional, Kementerian Pendidikan Malaysia.

Penepian fi di bawah subperaturan (1) terpakai bagi permohonan pengiktirafan kemahiran yang dibuat dalam tempoh tiga tahun dari 1 Jun 2018

hingga 31 Mei 2021.

NATIONAL SKILLS DEVELOPMENT

(WAIVER OF FEE TO STUDENT WITH SPECIAL NEEDS) REGULATIONS 2018

IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 72(2)(d)

of the

National Skills Development Act 2006 [Act 652], the Minister makes the following regulations:

Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

These regulations may be cited as the National Skills Development

(Waiver of Fee to Student with Special Needs) Regulations 2018.

(2)

These Regulations are deemed to have come into operation on 1 June 2018.

Waiver of fee 2.

(1)

Subject to subregulation (2), the fee prescribed in item 1(a)(i) of the

Second Schedule to the National Skills Development (Fees and Charges)

Regulations 2016 [P.U. (A) 86/2016] is waived in respect of any person who registers as a student with special needs with the Technical and Vocational Education Division,

Ministry of Education.

(2)

The waiver of fee under subregulation (1) applies to the application for the recognition of skills made within the period of three years from 1 June 2018

to 31 May 2021.
