- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 12(2) Akta Pergigian 1971 [Akta 51], Menteri, selepas berunding dengan Majlis, membuat perintah yang berikut: Nama

Jadual Kedua kepada Akta Pergigian 1971 dipinda berhubung dengan negara "India"—
(a)
dengan menggantikan butiran "JSS Dental College, Mysore" dan butir-butir yang berhubungan dengannya dengan butiran dan butir-butir yang berikut:

- In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 12(2) of the Dental Act 1971 [Act 51], the Minister, after consulting the Council, makes the following order: Citation

This order may be cited as the Dental (Amendment of Second Schedule) (No.4) Order 2018.
Seksyen 2
Amendment of Second Schedule
The Second Schedule to the Dental Act 1971 is amended in relation to the country of "India"—
(a)
by substituting for the item "JSS Dental College, Mysore" and the particulars relating to it the following item and particulars:
Institution granting qualification
"J.S.S. Dental College, Mysore, JSS Academy of Higher Education & Research that is deemed to be a university and which was formerly known as JSS Dental College, Mysore
Description of qualification
Bachelor of Dental Surgery (B.D.S)"; and
(b)
by substituting for the item "Sri Ramachandra Dental College and Hospital, Sri Ramachandra Medical College and Research Institute, Chennai that is deemed to be a university and which was formerly known as Sri Ramachandra university" and the particulars relating to it the following item and particulars:
