PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 14 Akta Loteri 1952 [Akta 288], Menteri membuat peraturan-peraturan yang berikut: Nama dan permulaan kuat kuasa

Peraturan-peraturan ini bolehlah dinamakan Peraturan-Peraturan

Loteri (Pendaftaran dan Pelesenan Mesin Perjudian) (Pindaan) 2018.

(2)

Peraturan-Peraturan ini mula berkuat kuasa pada 1 Januari 2019.

[P.U. (A) 161/1973] dipinda dengan menggantikan Jadual Pertama dengan Jadual yang berikut:

LOTTERIES (REGISTRATION AND LICENSING OF GAMING MACHINES)

(AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 2018

Opening note

Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 14 of the Lotteries Act 1952 [Act 288], the Minister makes the following regulations: Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

These regulations may be cited as the Lotteries (Registration and

Licensing of Gaming Machines) (Amendment) Regulations 2018.

(2)

These Regulations come into operation on 1 January 2019.

Subtitution of First Schedule 2.

The Lotteries (Registration and Licensing of Gaming Machines) Regulations 1973

[P.U. (A) 161/1973] are amended by substituting for the First Schedule the following Schedule:
