- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 31(1) Akta Kastam 1967 [Akta 235], Menteri membuat perintah yang berikut: Nama dan permulaan kuat kuasa
Seksyen 2
Pindaan Jadual Ketiga
Perintah Kastam (Larangan Mengenai Eksport) 2017 [P.U. (A) 102/2017] dipinda dalam Bahagian I Jadual Ketiga—
(a)
berhubung dengan subbutiran 6(1), dalam ruang (3), dengan menggantikan subkepala “9114.90.00 00” dengan subkepala “9113.90.00 00”;
(i)
berhubung dengan subbutiran (1), dalam ruang (5), dengan memasukkan selepas perenggan (iii) perenggan yang berikut:
“(iv)
an export licence issued by the Lembaga Kemajuan
Ikan Malaysia”; dan
(ii)
berhubung dengan subbutiran (2), dalam ruang (5), dengan memasukkan selepas perenggan (iii) perenggan yang berikut:

Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 31(1) of the Customs Act 1967 [Act 235], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement Amendment of Third Schedule
Seksyen 2
The Customs (Prohibition of Exports) Order 2017 [P.U. (A) 102/2017]
is amended in Part I of the Third Schedule—
(a)
in relation to subitem 6(1), in column (3), by substituting for subheading “9114.90.00 00” subheading “9113.90.00 00”;
(i)
in relation to subitem (1), in column (5), by inserting after paragraph (iii) the following paragraph:
“(iv) an export licence issued by the Lembaga Kemajuan
Ikan Malaysia”; and
(ii)
in relation to subitem (2), in column (5), by inserting after paragraph (iii) the following paragraph:
“(iv) an export licence issued by the Lembaga Kemajuan
Ikan Malaysia”;

This order may be cited as the Customs (Prohibition of Exports)
(Amendment) Order 2018.
(2)
This Order comes into operation on 1 March 2018.

in relation to subitem (3), in column (5), by inserting after paragraph (iii) the following paragraph:

in relation to subitem (4), in column (5), by inserting after paragraph (iii) the following paragraph:

in relation to item 32, by inserting after subitem (38) in column (2) and the particulars against it in column (3) the following subitem and particulars:
