DANGEROUS DRUGS (AMENDMENT OF FIRST SCHEDULE) ORDER 2019

Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 45A of the Dangerous Drugs Act 1952 [Act 234], the Minister makes the following order: Citation

Seksyen 1

This order may be cited as the Dangerous Drugs (Amendment of

First Schedule) Order 2019.

Seksyen 2

Amendment of First Schedule

The First Schedule to the Dangerous Drugs Act 1952 is amended in Part III—

(a)

by inserting after the item “Acetylmethadol” the following item:

“Acryloylfentanyl”;

(b)

by inserting after the item “2-amino-1-(2, 5-dimethoxy-4-

methyl) phenylpropane” the following items:

“N-[(2S)-1-Amino-3-methyl-1-oxobutan-2yl]-1(cyclohexylmethyl)

-1H-indazole-3-carboxamide (AB-CHMINACA)

N-[(2S)-1-Amino-3-methyl-1-oxobutan-2-yl]-1-pentyl-

1H-indazole-3-carboxamide (AB-PINACA)”;
