Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraphs 4(a) and (b) of the Malaysian Biofuel Industry Act 2007 [Act 666], the Minister makes the following regulations: Citation and commencement 1.

These regulations may be cited as the Malaysian Biofuel Industry

Regulations 2019.
(2)
These Regulations come into operation on 1 July 2019.
Amendment of Schedule 2.
Schedule to the Malaysian Biofuel Industry (Blending Percentage and
Mandatory Use) Regulations 2019 [P.U. (A) 27/2019] is amended in relation to the item “B7” by substituting for the particulars in columns (4) and (5) respectively the following particulars:
