Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 69(2)(a) and subsection 69A(2) of the Co-operative Societies Act 1993 [Act 502], the Commission makes the following order: Citation 1. This order may be cited as the Co-operative Societies (Assumption of Control) (Reappointment) Order 2019. Reappointment of assumption of control 2. The Commission has reappointed Messrs. Jamal, Amin & Partners (Registration No. AF1067) to assume control of the whole of the property, business, activities and affairs of the Koperasi Belia Nasional Berhad and carry on the whole of its business, activities and affairs with effect from 31 October 2018 to 30 October 2019. Costs and expenses 3. Any costs and expenses incurred by the Commission in relation to the assumption of control under paragraph 2 shall be payable out of the funds and properties of the Koperasi Belia Nasional Berhad as a first charge.
