Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 85 of the Excise Act 1976 [Act 176], the Minister makes the following regulations: Citation and commencement 1.

These Regulations come into operation on 1 July 2019.
Amendment of Third Schedule 2.
The Excise Regulations 1977 [P.U. (A) 161/1977] are amended in the
Third Schedule, in relation to heading Section 20, by inserting after paragraph (c)
and particulars relating to it the following paragraph and particulars:
