FEDERAL CONSTITUTION
CONSTITUTION OF THE HIGH COURTS (JUDICIAL COMMISSIONERS) ORDER 2019
IN exercise of the powers conferred by Clause (1) of Article 122AB of the
Federal Constitution, the Yang di-Pertuan Agong acting on the advice of the
Prime Minister, after consulting the Chief Justice of the Federal Court, makes the following order:
Citation and commencement 1.
(1)
This order may be cited as the Constitution of the High Courts
(Judicial Commissioners) Order 2019.
(2)
This Order is deemed to have come into operation on 3 May 2019.
Appointment of Judicial Commissioners 2.
The persons named in the Schedule are appointed to be Judicial Commissioners for a period of two years with effect from 3 May 2019.
