- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 6 of the Poisons Act 1952 [Act 366], the Minister, after consultation with the Poisons Board, makes the following order: Citation 1. This order may be cited as the Poisons (Amendment of Poisons List) (No. 2) Order 2019. Amendment of First Schedule 2. The Poisons Act 1952 is amended in the First Schedule—
(i)
