Opening note

Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Federal Roads Act 1959 [Act 376], the Minister, after consultation with the State Government of Johore, makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

This order may be cited as the Federal Roads (West Malaysia)

(Amendment) (No. 2) Order 2019.

(2)

This Order comes into operation on 6 September 2019.

Amendment of Third Schedule 2.

The Federal Roads (West Malaysia) Order 1989 [P.U. (A) 401/1989] is amended in the Third Schedule under the heading “Negeri Johor Darul Takzim”—

(a)

by inserting after item 9 the following item:

“10.

(Route 398): Taman Aman Road

From coordinates N 1.584517, E 103.649966 and ending at coordinates N 1.592119, E 103.647380 within the boundaries of right of way as shown on MAP 2 : TAMAN AMAN ROAD (a distance of 1.06 km).”; and

by inserting after the map NEGERI JOHOR DARUL TAKZIM Federal Roads
