MEDICAL ACT 1971
MEDICAL (AMENDMENT OF SECOND SCHEDULE) (NO. 4) ORDER 2019
IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 12(2) of the Medical Act 1971 [Act 50], the Minister, after consulting the Council, makes the following order:
Citation 1.
This order may be cited as the Medical (Amendment of Second Schedule)
(No. 4) Order 2019.
Amendment of Second Schedule 2.
The Second Schedule to the Medical Act 1971 is amended―
(a)
in relation to the country of “Bangladesh”, by inserting after the item
“University of Chittagong” and the particulars relating to it the following item and particulars:
