MALAY RESERVATIONS ENACTMENT
MALAY RESERVATIONS (FEDERAL TERRITORY)
(AMENDMENT OF SECOND SCHEDULE) ORDER 2019
IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 17(2)
of the
Malay Reservations Enactment [F.M.S. Cap. 142], as modified by the Federal Territory
(Modification of Malay Reservations Enactment) Order 1974 [P.U. (A) 60/1974], the Yang di-Pertuan Agong makes the following order:
Citation and application 1.

This order may be cited as the Malay Reservations (Federal Territory)
(Amendment of Second Schedule) Order 2019.
(2)
This Order shall apply to the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur.
Amendment of Second Schedule 2.
The Second Schedule to the Malay Reservations Enactment is amended by adding the following:
“AmanahRaya Trustees Berhad
Koperasi Co-opbank Pertama Malaysia Berhad
MBSB Bank Berhad
SPNB Dana Sdn. Bhd.”.
