Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 14(1) of the Customs Act 1967 [Act 235], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement

This order may be cited as the Customs Duties (Exemption)
(Amendment) (No. 2) Order 2019.
(2)
This Order comes into operation on 7 October 2019. .
Amendment of Schedule 2.
The Customs Duties (Exemption) Order 2017 [P.U. (A) 445/2017] is amended in
Part I of the Schedule, in relation to item 67, in column (2)—
(a)
in paragraph (x), by substituting for the words “Sapura Exploration and
Production (PM) Inc.” the words “SapuraOMV Upstream (PM) Inc.”; and
(b)
in paragraph (xi), by substituting for the words “Sapura Exploration and
Production (Sarawak) Inc.” the words “SapuraOMV Upstream (Sarawak)
Inc.”.
