Jenis biobahan api yang diadunkan dengan apa-apa bahan api lain dalam ruang (1) Jadual hendaklah jenis biobahan api dalam ruang (2), peratusan adunan biobahan api itu dalam ruang (3) dan jenis bahan api yang diadunkan dengan biobahan api itu dalam ruang (4).
(2)
Penggunaan jenis biobahan api yang diadunkan dengan apa-apa bahan api lain dalam ruang (1) hendaklah mandatori bagi aktiviti yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (5).

MALAYSIAN BIOFUEL INDUSTRY (BLENDING PERCENTAGE AND MANDATORY USE)
REGULATIONS 2019
IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraphs 4(a) and (b) of the
Malaysian
Biofuel
Industry
Act 2007
[Act 666], the
Minister makes the following regulations:
Citation and commencement 1.
(1)
These regulations may be cited as the Malaysian Biofuel Industry
(Blending Percentage and Mandatory Use) Regulations 2019.
(2)
These Regulations come into operation on 1 February 2019.
Type of biofuel blended with any other fuel, blending percentage and mandatory use 2.
(1)
The type of biofuel blended with any other fuel in column (1) of the
Schedule shall be type of fuel in column (2), percentage of the blended biofuel in column (3) and type of fuel blended with the biofuel in column (4).
(2)
The use of type of biofuel blended with any other fuel in column (1) shall be mandatory for the activities specified in column (5).
Revocation 3.
The Malaysian Biofuel Industry (Blending Percentage and Mandatory Use)
Regulations 2014 [P.U. (A) 320/2014] are revoked.
