Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by sections 16 and 29 of the Port Authorities Act 1963 [Act 488], the Johor Port Authority, with the approval of the Minister, makes the following by-laws: Citation and commencement 1.

These by-laws may be cited as the
Johor
Port
Authority
(Scale of Charges) (Amendment) By-Laws 2019.
(2)
These By-laws come into operation on 1 November 2019.
Amendment of by-law 1 2.
The Johor Port Authority (Scale of Charges) By-Laws 2011 [P.U. (A) 175/ 2011], which are referred to as the “principal By-laws” in these By-laws, are amended in paragraph (1) of by-law 1 by inserting after the words “Johor Port Authority” the words “(Pasir Gudang Port)”.
Amendment of by-law 2 3.
By-law 2 of the principal By-laws is amended in the definition of
“dangerous goods” by inserting after the words “Johor Port Authority” the words
“(Pasir Gudang Port)”.
