Efende OP Andu, bagi tempoh mulai 1 November 2019 hingga 7 Julai 2020
atau sehingga suatu Lembaga baharu dipilih di bawah undang-undang kecil
Koperasi itu, mengikut mana-mana yang terdahulu.
Kos dan perbelanjaan
Apa-apa kos dan perbelanjaan yang dilakukan oleh Suruhanjaya berhubung dengan pengambilalihan kawalan di bawah perenggan 2 hendaklah kena dibayar daripada dana dan harta Koperasi Peneroka Felda Kemahang (1) Berhad sebagai suatu caj pertama.

(APPOINTMENT AND REVOCATION OF APPOINTMENT) ORDER 2019
Opening note
This order may be cited as the Co-operative Societies (Assumption of
Control of Koperasi Peneroka Felda Kemahang (1) Berhad) (Appointment and
Revocation of Appointment) Order 2019.
Paragraph 4 is deemed to have come into operation on 15 May 2019.
Assumption of control 2.
The Commission appoints the following persons to assume control of the whole of the property, business, activities and affairs of the Koperasi Peneroka Felda
Kemahang (1) Berhad and carry on the whole of its business, activities and affairs:
Hasrul
Adzuan bin
Hassin, for a period from 16
May 2019
until 31 October 2019; and
Efende OP Andu, for a period from 1 November 2019 until 7 July 2020 or until the new Board is elected under the by-laws of the Co-operative society, whichever is earlier.
Costs and expenses 3.
Any costs and expenses incurred by the Commission in relation to the assumption of control under paragraph 2 shall be payable out of the funds and properties of the
Koperasi Peneroka Felda Kemahang (1) Berhad as a first charge.

Revocation of appointment 4.
The appointment of Amran bin Abd Kadir in the Co-operative Societies
(Assumption of Control) (Appointment) Order 2018 [P.U. (A) 157 /2018] published in the Gazette on 6 July 2018 is revoked.
