Perintah ini bolehlah dinamakan Perintah Duti Eksais (Pangkor) 2019.

Perintah ini mula berkuat kuasa pada 1 Januari 2020.

EXCISE DUTIES (PANGKOR) ORDER 2019

Opening note

Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 91U(1)(a) of the Excise Act 1976 [Act 176], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

This order may be cited as the Excise Duties (Pangkor) Order 2019.

(2)

This Order comes into operation on 1 January 2020.

Excise duties 2.

Excise duties shall be levied on and paid by the importer in respect of motor vehicles imported, or transported from the principal customs area, into Pangkor at the rates specified in column (5) of the Schedule to the Excise Duties Order 2017
