  1. IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 70(1) of the Road Transport Act 1987 [Act 333], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

This order may be cited as the Weight Restrictions (Federal Roads)

(Amendment) Order 2019.

This Order comes into operation on 7 March 2019.

Amendment of Second Schedule 2.

The Weight Restrictions (Federal Roads) Order 1989 [P.U. (A) 478/1989]

is amended in List I of the Second Schedule under the heading STATE OF SARAWAK by inserting after item 5 the following item:

“6.

Telok Melano-Sematan Roundabout Road (Route 1)

From Telok Melano at coordinates N 2.004225, E 109.647944 and ending at Sematan Roundabout with Route 1, Sematan-Lundu-Batu Kawa-Kuching Road at coordinates N 1.800855, E 109.760726 (a distance of 33.255 km).”.
