CUSTOMS (ANTI-DUMPING DUTIES) (EXTENSION) ORDER 2019

Opening note

Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred under subsection 28(7) of the Countervailing and Anti-Dumping Duties Act 1993 [Act 504] and subsection 11(1) of the Customs Act 1967 [Act 235], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

This order may be cited as the Customs (Anti-Dumping Duties)

(Extension) Order 2019.

(2)

This Order comes into operation on 30 March 2019.

Extension 2.

The effective period of the Customs (Anti-Dumping Duties) Order 2014

[P.U. (A) 81/2014] and Customs (Anti-Dumping Duties) (Administrative Review)

Order 2016 [P.U. (A) 239/2016] is extended and shall remain in force from 30 March 2019 to 26 September 2019.
