Pada menjalankan kuasa di bawah subseksyen 33(1) Akta Racun Makhluk Perosak 1974 [Akta 149], Ketua Pengarah Pertanian Malaysia dengan ini memberi kuasa kepada pegawai yang diberi kuasa ini untuk menjalankan kuasa yang terletak hak kepadanya di bawah Akta ini atau kaedah-kaedah dan peraturan-peraturan yang dibuat di bawah Akta ini. Kuasa yang diberikan adalah sah dan berkuat kuasa bagi tempoh masa yang pegawai yang diberi kuasa ini bertugas di Jabatan Pertanian Malaysia. Tarikh : Ketua Pengarah Pertanian Malaysia Jabatan Pertanian Malaysia Gambar berukuran kad pengenalan NAMA : NO. K/P : JAWATAN : 4 Mana-mana orang yang menjumpai kad ini hendaklah menyerahkan kepada Ketua Pengarah Pertanian Malaysia, Jabatan Pertanian Malaysia yang beralamat di Aras 17, Wisma Tani, Blok 4G2, Presint 4, Pusat Pentadbiran Kerajaan Persekutuan, 62624 Putrajaya, atau mana-mana balai polis yang berdekatan.”. These rules may be cited as the Pesticides (Certificate of Identity)

(Amendment) Rules 2019.

The authorization is valid and enforceable for a period of time that the authorized officer is assigned to the Department of Agriculture Malaysia.
