Preamble

MENURUT peruntukan-peruntukan seksyen 127 (2) Akta Cukai Pendapatan 1967, Dewan Rakyat dalam mesyuaratnya pada 9hb April, 1976 telah menetapkan bahawa Bahagian II Jadual 6 kepada Akta Cukai Pendapatan 1967 dipinda dengan memotong daripadanya butiran yang berikut: "57. Selangor State Development Corporation." dan bahawa pindaan itu hendaklah berkuatkuasa bagi tahun taksiran 1976 dan tahun-tahun taksiran yang berikut. Bertarikh pada 27 haribulan Mei, 1976. Preamble

PURSUANT to the provisions of section 127 (2) of the Income Tax Act 1967, the Dewan Rakyat at its sitting on 9th April, 1976, resolved that Part II of Schedule 6 to the Income Tax Act 1967 be amended by deleting therefrom the following item: "57. Selangor State Development Corporation." Act 53. and that the amendment shall have effect for the year of assessment 1976 and subsequent years of assessment. Dated this 27th day of May, 1976.
