CONTINENTAL SHELF (PRESCRIBING OF FORMS AND FEES)

(AMENDMENT) NOTIFICATION 2019

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 of the Continental Shelf Act 1966

[Act 83], the Minister makes the following notification:

Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

This notification may be cited as the Continental Shelf (Prescribing of

Forms and Fees) (Amendment) Notification 2019.

(2)

This Notification comes into operation on 15 April 2019.

Amendment of paragraph 3 2.

The Continental Shelf (Prescribing of Forms and Fees) Notification 1985

[P.U. (B) 365/1985] which is referred to as the “principal Notification” in this Notification, is amended—

(a)

in subparagraph 3(1)—

(i)

by substituting for the words “in the form in the First Schedule”

the words “as specified in Form 1 of the First Schedule”; and

Second Schedule”; and

(b)

in subparagraph 3(2), by substituting for the words “Secretary-General of the Ministry of Land and Regional Development, the Chief Inspector of

Mines and the Director-General of Geological Survey” the words

“Secretary General of the Ministry of Water, Land and Natural Resources and

Director General of Minerals and Geoscience Department”.

Amendment of paragraph 4 3.

Paragraph 4 of the principal Notification is amended—

(a)

by substituting for the words “in the form in the Second Schedule” the words

“as specified in Form 2 of the First Schedule”; and

(b)

by substituting for the word “therein” the words “in the Second Schedule”.

Amendment of paragraph 5 4.

Paragraph 5 of the principal Notification is amended—

(a)
