- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 4 dan 5 Akta Lembaga Lebuh Raya Malaysia (Perbadanan) 1980 [Akta 231], Menteri telah melantik orang yang dinamakan dalam ruang (2) dan (4) Jadual sebagai anggota dan anggota silih ganti Lembaga di bawah peruntukan yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (1) bagi tempoh yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (3) dan (5) masing-masing. - IN exercise of the powers conferred by sections 4 and 5 of the Highway Authority Malaysia (Incorporation) Act 1980 [Act 231], the Minister has appointed the persons named in columns (2) and (4) of the Schedule as members and an alternate member of the Authority under the provisions specified in column (1) for the period specified in columns (3) and (5) respectively.
