PORT AUTHORITIES ACT 1963
DECLARATION OF PILOTAGE DISTRICT OF TANJUNG PELEPAS PORT
IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 29A of the Port Authorities Act 1963
[Act 488], the Johor Port Authority declares the area specified in the Schedule to be the pilotage district for Tanjung Pelepas Port.
Commencement 1.
This declaration comes into operation on 1 November 2019.
Revocation
2. The Declaration of Port of Tanjung Pelepas Pilotage District [P.U. (B) 388/1999]
is revoked.
