- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 3(1) Akta Notari Awam 1959 [Akta 115], Peguam Negara telah melantik peguam bela dan peguam cara yang dinamakan dalam ruang (1) Jadual sebagai notari awam untuk menjalankan amalan di tempat yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (2) bagi tempoh dua tahun berkuat kuasa mulai tarikh yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (3). - IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 3(1) of the Notaries Public Act 1959 [Act 115], the Attorney General has appointed the advocates and solicitors named in column (1) of the Schedule to be notaries public to practise at the places specified in column (2) for a period of two years with effect from the dates specified in column (3).
