Preamble
- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 828], sebagaimana yang diubah suai melalui Perintah Wilayah Persekutuan Labuan (Pemerluasan dan Ubah Suaian Kanun Tanah Negara) 2009 [P.U. (A) 454/2009] dan diwakilkan oleh Kerajaan Persekutuan melalui Pewakilan Kuasa di bawah Seksyen 13 [P.U. (B) 242/2010], Jawatankuasa Kerja Tanah Wilayah Persekutuan Labuan—
(b)
menetapkan bahawa Ketua Setiausaha Kementerian Wilayah Persekutuan hendaklah mempunyai kawalan ke atas tanah rizab dalam perenggan (a).

NATIONAL LAND CODE
RESERVATION OF LAND FOR PUBLIC PURPOSE
IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1)
of the
National Land Code [Act 828], as modified by the Federal Territory of Labuan
(Extension and Modification of National Land Code) Order 2009 [P.U. (A) 454/2009]
and delegated by the Government of the Federation by the Delegation of Powers under Section 13 [P.U. (B) 242/2010], the Land Executive Committee of the
Federal Territory of Labuan—
(a)
reserves the Federal land described in the Schedule for a public purpose of a site for an open space; and
(b)
designates that the Secretary General of the Ministry of Federal Territories shall have control of the reserved land in paragraph (a).
