PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh perenggan 20(1)(c) Akta Orang Kurang Upaya 2008 [Akta 685], Menteri telah melantik Pegawai Kebajikan Masyarakat yang dinamakan dalam ruang (1) Jadual sebagai Pendaftar Orang Kurang Upaya bagi Negeri yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (2) berkuat kuasa mulai tarikh yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (3). Pembatalan pelantikan 2. Pelantikan Mujin bin Durin sebagai Pendaftar Orang Kurang Upaya bagi Negeri Sabah dalam Pelantikan Pendaftar [P.U. IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 20(1)(c) of the Persons with Disabilities Act 2008 [Act 685], the Minister has appointed the Social Welfare Officers named in column (1) of the Schedule as the Registrar for Persons with Disabilities for the States specified in column (2) with effect from the date specified in column (3). Revocation of appointment 2. The appointment of Mujin bin Durin as the Registrar for Persons with Disabilities for the State of Sabah in the Appointment of Registrar [P.U. (B) 151/2019] published in the Gazette on 26 March 2019 is revoked with effect from 20 November 2020 and 3 P.U. (B) 263 the appointment of Mohamad Guntor bin Rajaee as the Registrar for Persons with Disabilities for the State of Sarawak in the Appointment and Revocation of Appointment of Registrar for Persons with Disabilities [P.U.
