Preamble
- PURSUANT to subsection 34(1) of the Administration of Islamic Law (Federal Territories) Act 1993 [Act 505], the Mufti, after having discussed with the Islamic Legal Consultative Committee pursuant to subsection 37(5) of the Act, makes the fatwa as set out in the Schedule. JADUAL/SCHEDULE FATWA BERKENAAN DENGAN PENGURUSAN WANG TIDAK PATUH SYARIAH Mesyuarat Jawatankuasa Perundingan Hukum Syarak Wilayah-Wilayah Persekutuan Kali ke-99 yang bersidang pada 30 November 2016 telah membincangkan perkara berkenaan dengan pengurusan wang tidak patuh syariah. Fatwanya adalah seperti yang berikut:

Harta tersebut hendaklah diserahkan kepada Baitulmal Majlis Agama Islam
Wilayah Persekutuan (“MAIWP”) dan diagihkan untuk maslahat umum.
