NATIONAL FORESTRY ACT 1984
DECLARATION OF PERMANENT RESERVED FOREST
IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 7 of the National Forestry Act 1984
[Act 313], as modified for the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur under section 114
of the Act and pursuant to the Fifth Schedule to the Act, the Minister declares the land specified in the Schedule as a permanent reserved forest in extension and forming part of the Sungai Besi Forest Reserve from the date of publication of this Declaration in the Gazette.
