NOTIFICATION UNDER SECTION 60
Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 60 of the Arms Act 1960 [Act 206], the Minister exempts His Excellency Antony Blinken, Secretary of State of the United States of America and his delegation from—
(a)
the application of subsection 3(2) of the Act in respect of arms and ammunition intended solely for the purpose of the Secretary of State’s
Official Working Visit to Malaysia; and
(b)
the application of paragraphs 5(1)(a) and (b) of the Act in respect of arms and ammunition intended solely for the purpose of the Secretary of State’s
Official Working Visit to Malaysia.

This Notification has effect from 14 December 2021 to 15 December 2021.
