Section 36
(1)
The Minister shall cause to be published a mid-year expenditure performance report not later than 30 September in respect of each financial year.
(2)
The mid-year expenditure performance report shall contain the following information:
(a)
actual expenditure against expenditure estimates;
(b)
supplementary expenditure and excess expenditure under
Article 101 of the Federal Constitution;
