Section 1
This order may be cited as the Public Health (Notifiable Diseases and Public Conveyances) Order, 1960, and shall come into force on the date on which the Public Health Ordinance, 1960, shall come into operation.

CONVEYANCES) ORDER, 1960
Opening note
Preamble
- In exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 15 of the Public Health Ordinance, 1960 [Ord. No. 7 of 1960.], and all other powers thereunto him enabling, the Director of Medical Services has made the following order:-
Section 2
The following shall be the notifiable diseases to which section 15 of the Public health Ordinance, 1960, shall apply –
(i)
anthrax
(v)
diphtheria
(x)
rabies
(xv)
yellow fever.
