Section 37
(1)
The Board shall furnish to the Minister such returns, reports, accounts and other information as the Minister may, from time to time, require.

(2)
The returns, reports, accounts and other information shall be in such form and contain such particulars relating to the proceedings and policy of the Board and any other matters as the Minister may, from time to time, specify.
