- Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 53 Enakmen Jenayah Syariah (Selangor) 1995 [Enakmen 9/1995], Majlis Agama Islam Selangor dengan ini meluluskan dan menetapkan bangunan yang dikenali sebagai Pusat Pemurnian Akidah, yang terletak di atas sebahagian tanah Lot P.T. 8789 Mukim Ulu Yam, Daerah Ulu Selangor, Selangor yang meliputi keluasan seluas 4.585 ekar daripada 308890 meter persegi keluasan keseluruhan tanah sebagai pusat pemulihan bagi maksud Enakmen ini. Preamble
- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 53 of the Syariah Criminal Offences (Selangor) Enactment 1995 [Enactment 9/1995], Majlis Agama Islam Selangor hereby approve and declare that the building known as the Pusat Pemurnian Akidah located at Lot P.T. 8789 Mukim of Ulu Yam, District of Ulu Selangor, Selangor that encompasses a part of an area of 4.585 acres from 308890 square metres of all area of the land as the rehabilitation for the purposes of this Enactment.
