Section 13
(1)
The Registrar shall upon receipt of the prescribed fee issue to every person whose application has been approved by the Board a certificate of registration in the prescribed form.
(2)
Every such certificate of registration shall, subject to this Act, expire on 31 December of the year in which it is issued and may be renewed annually upon payment of the prescribed fee and upon satisfying the conditions as may be determined by the Board.
