Section 12
Finance, the Board may borrow moneys, whether by way of mortgage, charge, overdraft or otherwise, and may charge all or any of its movable or immovable property, whether present or future, in such manner as it thinks fit.
Statutory Bodies (Accounts and Annual Reports) Act 13.
The provisions of the Statutory Bodies (Accounts and Annual
Reports) Act 1980 [Act 240] shall apply to the Board.
