Reopening of railway after closure

Section 32
(1)
A railway which has been ordered to be closed shall not be reopened until it has been inspected by an engineer appointed by the Director and its reopening has been approved by the Minister.
(2)
A rolling-stock which has been ordered to be discontinued from use under section 31 shall not be used until it has been inspected and certified to be fit for use by an engineer appointed by the Director and the Minister has approved its use.
