Licensed operator to employ persons with vocational licences

Section 40
(1)
No licensed operator under this Part shall employ or permit any person who does not hold a vocational licence issued under section 39 to drive a railway train.
(2)
A licensed operator who contravenes subsection (1) commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding ten thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months or to both.
