Section 6
Copies of titles made and filed in the Land Office prior to the commencement of this
Ordinance shall be deemed to have been made under the provisions of this Ordinance and the Registrar shall cause particulars of all such titles to be entered in the appropriate Register as required by subsections (4) and (5) of section 4.
Application for new title in place of title lost or destroyed.
