Vesting of property
(1)
On the coming into force of this Act, all property belonging to the Titular Superior of the Redemptorist Fathers in the Federation of Malaya, whether held in the name of the Titular Superior or in the name or names of any person or persons in trust of him, shall be vested in the Corporation.
