Section 31

(1)
The Yang di-Pertua Negeri may, by Order published in the Gazette, dissolve a Regional Corridor Development Authority constituted under section 4(a) and he shall also in such Order appoint and name a person or corporation to manage, administer, distribute or otherwise deal with the assets and liabilities of that Authority for the purposes of its dissolution.
(2)
The person or corporation appointed under subsection (1)
shall, in the performance of his duties, act in accordance with and give effect to the directions of the Minister and subject thereto, have all the powers conferred upon a liquidator appointed under the Companies
Act 1965 [Act 125].
