Section 19

Request for copy of certificate of registration, etc.

(2)

Any copy or extract if duly certified under the hand of the Registrar to be a true copy or extract under subsection (1) shall be admissible as prima facie evidence in any proceedings without proof being given that the certificate was signed by the Registrar.
