Section 28
(1)
No action or proceeding shall be instituted or maintained in any court against the Board, Disciplinary Committee, Appeal Board,
Investigating Committee or any committee appointed by the Board, any members of the Board, Disciplinary Committee, Appeal Board,
Investigating Committee or any such committee, or any person authorized to act for or on behalf of the Board for any act or omission done in good faith in the discharge of any of its or his functions, powers and duties under this Act or any regulations made under this
Act.
(2)
This section does not apply to powers conferred under subsection 4(2) or any power to enter into contracts exercised by the
Board.
