Patents a book called. the egister of Patents in which shall f;!~~M.
be entereq the names and ddresses of all _persons to whom ortl. 67 f 57 .J ce~tificates of registration f patents have be~n issued under thi~ Act and particulars of all such certificates and of assignments transmission licences and other instruments affec~ing th~ title to or
;ing a share of or an in!erest in the. rights and privileges c~nf erred by any such certificate of registration and of all n tices or entries of documents or other matters which a:re irected or authorized by this Act or by any regulations ma e under section 17 to.be recorded therein.
