Preamble

Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberi oleh perenggan 4 (i)(b), Enakmen Rizab Melayu [N.M.B. Bab 142], Menteri Besar Perak Darul Ridzuan dengan kelulusan Pihak Berkuasa Negeri dengan ini mengisytiharkan bahawa mulai dari tarikh disiarkan pemberitahuan ini dalam Warta Kerajaan Negeri Perak maka kawasan yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual yang menjadi sebahagian daripada kawasan yang diisytiharkan sebagai Rizab Melayu Temenggor melalui Pemberitahuan No. 9747 yang disiarkan pada 30 Disember 1932 dalam Warta Kerajaan Negeri-Negeri Melayu Bersekutu hendaklah terhenti daripada menjadi sebahagian Rizab Melayu itu.

In exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 4 (i) (b) of the Malay

Reservations Enactment [F.M.S. Cap 142] the Menteri Besar Perak Darul Ridzuan with the approval of the State Authority hereby declares that with effect from the date of the publication of this notification in the Government Gazette of

Perak, the area described in the Schedule being part of the area declared as

Temengor Malay Reservation vide Notification No. 9747 published on 30

December 1932 in the Federated Malay State Government Gazette shall cease to be part of the Malay Reservation.
