Preamble
- In exercise of the powers conferred upon the Yang di-Pertua Negeri by section 3(1) of the Animals Ordinance, 1962, and delegated to the Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries by Gazette Notification No. S 171 of 1963, and section 25 of the Interpretation and General Clauses Enactment, 1963 the Yang di-Pertua Negeri hereby revokes the Prohibition of Import (Rabies Control) Order, 1985 [G.N.S 22 of 1985] with effect from the 1st March, 1986. Dated at Kota Kinabalu, this 21st day of April, 1986. By His Excellency’s Command, JOSEPH KURUP, Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries.
