The Rubber Dealers Rules.
(SECTION 7.)
[1ST JULY, 1946.]
Section 2
Every person licensed to purchase rubber shall deposit the sum of $1,000 to serve as security for the proper observance of the terms of his licence.
Section 3
All books of account kept by licensed dealers shall be written in English or
Romanised Malay.
Section 4

The following fees shall be payable –
(a)
licence to purchase rubber (including the right to treat and/or store rubber in the premises licensed) …. …. …. …. …. …. ….
